问题

在运行 NSX Intelligence 设备安装程序后，在安装程序尝试在 NSX Manager 中注册 NSX Intelligence 服务器时显示凭据不正确或者指定的帐户已锁定 (The credentials were incorrect or the account specified has been locked) 错误消息。

原因

由于以下原因之一，注册步骤可能已失败。

• 管理层面令牌可能已过期。该令牌仅在 30 分钟内有效。
• NSX Intelligence 服务器主机和 NSX Manager 主机之间的系统时间不同步。

解决方案

1. 确保在 NSX Intelligence 服务器主机和 NSX Manager 主机之间同步了系统时间。
2. 如果已同步系统时间，请验证是否存在网络延迟。
3. 移除 NSX Intelligence 设备，并在同步系统时间或解决网络延迟后再次尝试安装该设备。
