从 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.4.1 开始，在全新安装 VMware Identity Manager 版本 3.3.5 期间，支持联邦信息处理标准 (FIPS) 和非 FIPS 模式。但是，无法在 VMware Identity Manager 安装后切换 FIPS 模式。升级 VMware Identity Manager 期间，仅支持非 FIPS 模式。对于 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.4 及更高版本，创建环境时可以选择是否安装 VMware Identity Manager。

在先前版本中，在 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 中创建环境前必须安装 VMware Identity Manager。如果未创建 VMware Identity Manager 实例，系统会自动指示您将其安装到 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager UI。

现在，您可以启用或禁用 VMware Identity Manager 切换按钮。
注： 在安装或导入 vRealize Automation 8.x 之前，请确保 vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 中存在 VMware Identity Manager 的全局环境。如果未安装全局环境，将无法继续进行 vRealize Automation 8.x 部署。要安装全局环境，请启用“创建环境”页面中的切换按钮。

过程

  1. 导航到我的服务仪表板，然后单击生命周期运维。
  2. 启用安装 Identity Manager 切换按钮以安装 VMware Identity Manager。禁用安装 Identity Manager 切换按钮以继续进行任何其他 vRealize Suite 产品安装。
  3. 单击创建环境，然后输入环境详细信息。
    1. 默认情况下，环境名称仍为全局环境。
    2. （可选） 输入环境描述，最多可以包含 1024 个字符。
    3. 添加密码详细信息。
      注： 如果没有列出密码，请导航到保密库以添加密码。
    4. 选择数据中心名称。
    5. 启用或禁用 JSON 配置切换栏（如果需要）。启用 JSON 配置时，您可以手动粘贴 JSON 文件文本，也可以从本地系统导入该文件。
    6. 单击下一步。
  4. 如果在步骤 2 中启用了“安装 Identity Manager”，请选择全新安装选项以安装 VMware Identity Manager。如果禁用此切换按钮，请为其他 vRealize Suite 产品选择全新安装选项。
  5. 选择所需的受支持的 VMware Identity Manager 版本，然后单击下一步。
