添加端点后出现 SSL 证书错误

在 vRealize Business for Cloud 中添加端点后，您会在系统状态中看到不受信任证书错误消息或者您添加的端点标识与 SSL 证书不匹配。

问题

添加 vCenter Server 等端点后，您会看到下列错误消息之一：

• 服务器提供的证书不受信任 (An untrusted certificate was presented by the server)。

• 服务器提供的证书有问题。请更正证书并编辑连接以接受新证书 (The certificate presented by the server has issues. Rectify the certificate and edit the connection to accept the new certificate)。

原因

以下情况下可能会出现此问题。

• 端点的 SSL 证书已更改且可信颁发机构可能未签署该证书。

• 使用 IP 地址添加端点，而非主机名。

解决方案

1. 转到 vRealize Business for Cloud 虚拟设备中的管理选项卡。
2. 导航到端点部分。例如，管理私有云连接 > vCenter Server。
3. 选择端点并单击编辑选项。
4. 输入帐户密码然后单击保存。
5. 查看并接受该证书。
6. 以 root 用户身份登录 vRealize Business for Cloud，然后运行以下命令以重新启动收据收集过程。
   1. monit stop itbm-data-collector
   2. monit start itbm-data-collector
