如果 vRealize Application Remote Collector 和 vRealize Operations Manager 之间的时间设置不同步，您可能会遇到代理安装和衡量指标收集问题。最后，您可能无法在 vRealize Operations Manager 仪表板中看到任何衡量指标。

问题

您可能会在 vRealize Operations Manager 中发现以下问题：

• 无法将 vRealize Application Remote Collector 添加到 vRealize Operations Manager
• 无法在 Windows 和 Linux 目标虚拟机中安装代理。

原因

时间同步是客户端和服务器之间的 TLS/SSO 通信的必备条件。

如果 vRealize Operations Manager 和 vRealize Application Remote Collector 未同步时间，则在 vRealize Operations Manager 中配置 vRealize Application Remote Collector时，测试连接将会失败。

如果 Windows 和 Linux 目标虚拟机的时间未与 vRealize Operations Manager 同步，则安装代理后，vRealize Application Remote Collector 和代理之间的通信将会中断。因此，监控的衡量指标不会发送到 vRealize Operations Manager。或者，请停止并重新启动代理以解决此问题。

解决方案

1. 检查以下路径中的 vRealize Operations Manager 支持包是否存在错误：COLLECTOR/adapters/APPOSUCPAdapter/。
2. 检查 vRealize Application Remote Collector 支持包 ucpapi.log 是否存在错误。
3. 确保 vRealize Application Remote Collector 、vRealize Operations Manager 以及 Windows 和 Linux 目标虚拟机之间的时间同步。
4. 要启动并重新启动代理，请参阅“管理代理”选项卡中的其他操作。
