Transform Your Application

You can containerize all applications that you promoted to transform and the VMs that are assigned with the REPLATFORM tag.

Note: Containerization is not supported on Windows Operating Systems.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that you have the required permissions. For more information, see Overview Application Transformer for VMware Tanzu Roles.

• Analyze Applications.
• Assign REPLATFORM tag to the Application.

Procedure

1. Click Transform from the main menu.
2. On the left navigation page, go to Inventory > Applications.
3. Click on the arrow next to the application name.
   You see the list of components in the application that were promote to transform.
4. Click Containerize.

• WebLogic Containerization
• Tomcat Containerization
• Process Containerization
