This section provides information about the requirements to install and access Application Transformer for VMware Tanzu.

  • Hard Disk- 400GB
    Note: You can use Thin provisioning to reduce the usage of hard disk space.

Network Configuration Requirements

Application Transformer for VMware Tanzu requires:

  • Single, static IPv4 and Network Address
  • Reachable DNS server set manually
  • Valid, Fully qualified domain name, set manually that can be resolved both forward and in reverse through the DNS server

Port Requirements

Application Transformer for VMware Tanzu is accessed over port 443 through TCP. The 443 port is secured with a self-signed certificate that is generated during the installation.

You must have the following ports open to access vCenter and vRealize Network Insight through Application Transformer for VMware Tanzu.

  • Port 443
  • Port 80
