Registration Error When Opening the Virtual Machine

You receive a registration error when you try to open your Horizon FLEX virtual machine.

Problem

You cannot open or start your Horizon FLEX virtual machine. An error message states that the virtual machine has already been downloaded and registered.

Cause

Your Horizon FLEX administrator has restricted the ability to create multiple instances of your virtual machine.

Solution

1. Contact your Horizon FLEX administrator.
