After you install the management pack, configure an instance for the NSX Manager from which you are collecting data.

To manage multiple vCenter NSX environments from a single primary NSX Manager, configure a separate adapter instance for each primary and secondary manager. The Management Pack for NSX for vSphere associates these managers with each other, and enables you to monitor your cross-vCenter NSX environment per primary manager in the NSX-vSphere Universe dashboard.

Note: Port 443 must be open on the NSX Manager for the NSX adapter to communicate through APIs.

Procedure

  1. In the left pane of vRealize Operations Manager, click the Administration icon, and click Solutions.
  2. Select Management Pack for NSX-vSphere and click the Configure icon.
  3. Configure the instance settings.
