Collection Fails for vRealize Operations with Horizon MP

Problem

Please reach out to your sales representative for information regarding upgrading to vRealize Cloud Universal to enable the VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Horizon.

Cause

The customer would have installed the MP on an instance where the old v4h adapter is installed or a vRealize Operations for Horizon license is used.

Solution

1. The customer should set up an alternate vROPS instance with an Advanced/Enterprise license.
2. Install MP4H. There is a check in the new adapter to prevent it from working if installed in an environment where v4h is already running.
