You must have the Admin capability to increase the pool size when the limit has exceeded. This action helps with:
Automated detection and expansion of VDI Pools with low available desktops.
Automated detection and expansion of RDS Farms with RDS Host.
Steps for Recover Machines in the VDI Pool or RDS Farm
Navigate to VDI Pool or the RDS Farms.
Click Actions and select Recover Machines in the VDI Pool.
Click Begin Action.
A Task is created with the task ID link to view the status of the task.
As soon as the task completes, you see the details updated in the pool for machines with Error states.
Steps for Update VDI Pool or RDS Farm for Expanding
Navigate to VDI Pool or the RDS Farms.
Click Actions and select Recover Machines in the VDI Pool.
Update the number of max desktop count or spare desktop count values.
Click Begin Action.
A Task is created with the task ID link to view the status of the task.
As soon as the task completes, you see the details updated in the pool for machines with the updated spare desktops values.
