Dashboards in VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for VMware Skyline

Findings configured in the Management Pack for VMware Skyline trigger custom alerts in vRealize Operations Manager. If there are findings that the Skyline adapter does not identify, a generic alert is triggered. The generated alerts are mapped to specific objects and based on the severity, each alert is divided into the critical, moderate, or trivial categories. You can view the symptom definitions and the recommendations for each alert in the Alerts tab.

Skyline Overview Dashboard

Access the Skyline Overview dashboard to view alerts along with their associated findings, grouped into various severity and category types.The Skyline Overview dashboard provides a detailed view of the findings generated by the Management Pack for VMware Skyline .

Skyline Alerts Details Dashboard

Use the Skyline Alerts Details dashboard to view number of alerts mapped to the findings related to specific vCenter Adapter. The Skyline Alerts Details dashboard provides a detailed view of all the accumulated findings by the Management Pack for VMware Skyline related to specific vCenter Adapter added to Skyline. Select a vCenter Adapter from the VC table to review the Skyline alerts and the affected resources.
