Dashboards are the primary feature for monitoring and troubleshooting Dell EMC PowerMax & VMAX from within vRealize Operations.
The following dashboards are included in the Management Pack for PowerMax & VMAX:
Overview provides at-a-glance heatmaps depicting the overall health of your PowerMax & VMAX resources.
Health Investigation allows you to select a PowerMax & VMAX resource from the Environment Overview widget to view its alerts, scoreboard, and selected metrics charts.
IOPS allows you to select a volume from the heatmap to view its related datastore and virtual machine as well as KPIs for each resource.
Front End Director Detail allows you to select an array, front end director, front end port, and volume to view detailed metrics for each resource.
Masking View Detail allows you to select a masking view, port group, volume, and storage group to view relationships and detailed metrics for each resource.
SLO Overview allows you to select a service level objective (SLO) to view its properties as well as an associated storage group, array, and volume to view KPI details for each resource.
Storage Group Overview allows you to select a storage group to view its alerts, properties, metrics, and relationships.
Hosted VMs allows you to select a virtual machine and related datastore and volume to view KPIs for each resource as well as related alerts.
EMC VMAX 2 FAST VP Policy allows you to select a FAST VP Policy and related tier, thin pool, volume, and datastore to view details for each resource.
