Migration to the VMware Site Recovery Manager Virtual Appliance

You can migrate your Site Recovery Manager 8.3.x instance from Windows to the Site Recovery Manager 8.3.x virtual appliance and then upgrade to Site Recovery Manager 8.5.0.6 Virtual Appliance. Resolved Issues

  • NEW Storage Policy Protection Group migration tool does not continue after a previous failure

    When you run the Storage Policy Protection Group migration tool, an SPPG might be successfully migrated but can not be attached to the corresponding recovery plan on the current tool run, because of a network failure.

    This issue is fixed in Site Recovery Manager 8.5.0.6.
