Retirement of deprecated AWS Services: The following Service is no longer available starting in this release:
You must delete all instances of this service before upgrading to this version.
Tofu upgraded to v1.8.3:
The Tofu version used to apply changes is upgraded from v1.8.2 to 1.8.3. You must upgrade all service instances. When you upgrade, ensure that you follow the Upgrade procedure.
This release has the following fixes:
Upgrade removes service instance records following a failed deletion
Prior to this release upgrades would remove records from the Cloud Service Broker database for services instances that have had a failed deletion.

Allowing plans without any service properties for MySQL and PostgreSQL - MySQL and PostgreSQL custom defined plans are no longer required to define service properties such as version and storage_gb. These properties are still required during service instance creation, but it is up to the operator to decide if they belong in the plan.
