Add a user template in the CA server as a first step to enable Workspace ONE UEM to fetch certificates.
Procedure
- Log in to the server where the CA is configured.
- Click Start and type mmc.exe.
- In the MMC window, go to .
- In the Add or Remove Snap-ins window, select Certificate Templates and click Add.
- Click OK.
- In the Certificates templates window, scroll down and select ,
- In the Properties of new Template window, select the General tab and provide a name for the Template Display Name .
The
Template Name is automatically populated with this name, without the space.
- Select the Subject Name tab and select Supply in the request.
- Click Apply and then click OK.
- In the MMC window, go to .
- In the Add or Remove Snap-ins window, select Certificate Authority and click Add.
- In the MMC window, select .
- Right-click Certificate Authority and select .
- Select the template you created in Step 6.
What to do next
Verify that the template you added is displayed in the list.
Log in to the Workspace ONE UEM console and add a CA.
