This topic describes how to open a VMware Adapter for SAP Landscape Management support ticket.
At SAP:
To create a support ticket, log in to the SAP Support Portal with S-user ID and password. Authorizations should be assigned to user to be able to log a message. If there is no authorizations, contact super administrator to provide them. List of companies’ super administrators is under My Profile at the top of the Support Portal page.
Support for the SAP LaMa controller is available under the component BC-VCM-LVM.
