The Logging settings page lets you change logging levels for the different AirWatch components. Based on the selected mode, log files with varying levels of detail are generated for each component and saved in the corresponding AirWatch server.
The available logging options in increasing levels of detail are: Error, Warning, Information, and Verbose.
Select a particular AirWatch service from the Service Name list and select its corresponding Log Level.
Targeted logging is enabled per device and will log all interactions between the device and AirWatch systems.
|File Path||The file path where targeted log files are stored.|
|File Storage Impersonation Enabled||Check this box if you are using a file storage server to store these targeted logs and enter the appropriate authentication credentials.|
Perform targeted logging for a device by navigating to Devices > List View and selecting a device. Then, select the More drop-down on the device details page and select Targeted Logging.
