The setup page from the AirWatch Console facilitates the integration between AirWatch and Google for Chrome OS management. Simply enter your Google admin account and you are redirected to Google authorization page to grant permissions.

  1. Complete the prerequisites in the Google Admin Console. See Create Google Service Account for Chrome OS.
  2. Navigate to Devices > Device Settings > Devices & Users > Chrome OS > Configuration.
  3. Complete the following settings generated from your Google Service Account:

    Chrome Admin Console Settings
    Domain Domain claimed for enabling Chrome OS associated with your enterprise.
    Chrome Admin email Address The Google account used to sign in to the Google Admin Console.
    Chrome Developer Console Settings
    Client ID The unique identifier Google uses to access the Chrome OS APIs. Provided by AirWatch in the prerequisites. See Requirements for Deploying Chrome OS.
    Chrome Service Account Email An account that belongs to your application instead of to an individual end user that includes a generated email address that is unique and at least one public/private key pair. Provided by AirWatch in the prerequisites. See Requirements for Deploying Chrome OS.
    Certificate ID Upload the Certificated provided by AirWatch. Provided by AirWatch in the prerequisites. See Requirements for Deploying Chrome OS.
  5. Select Test Connection to ensure the connection between AirWatch and Google. If successful, a green 'Test Connection Successful' message displays.
  6. Save.
