The App Volumes Manager archives logs and configuration files and you can view and download these files for troubleshooting purposes.
- From App Volumes Manager, go to and click Create.
- On the Create Troubleshooting Archive window, select the configuration data and log files you want to archive.
- Click Create.
The archived file is created. By default, the files are saved in C:/Program Files (x86)/CloudVolumes/Manager/public/troubleshooting on the current server.
What to do next
To download an archived file, select the file. A zipped file is downloaded.
If you are running App Volumes Manager behind a load balancer, you will not be able to download the archived file. Log in directly to the App Volumes Manager to access the archived file.
