Update the Approval Group System Property

The x_vmw_cloudservice.Automation-ApprovalGroup system property has a default value as Automation-ApprovalGroup. The ServiceNow system administrator is required to update the approval group system property to add more approval groups used in the subworkflow.

Prerequisites

You must be the system administrator in ServiceNow.

Procedure

1. Log in to ServiceNow as a system administrator.
2. In the filter navigator, type sys_properties.LIST and press enter.

   The system properties table page will be displayed.

3. In the Search box, search for x_vmw_cloudservice.Automation-ApprovalGroup.
4. Open the system property and in Value, enter the approval group name.
   Note:

   Use the comma-separated values to add multiple approval groups.

5. Click Update to save.
