For the VMware Aria Automation Plug-in, the system administrator is required to create two types of users.

The categorization of users is achieved by assigning the required roles to each user.

Procedure
- Log in to ServiceNow as a system administrator.
- In the left pane, click .
- Select the user and open the user record.
- In the Roles tab, click edit.
- Add the roles for the users from the Collection List and move the role to the Roles List.
- Click Save to assign the role.
- Click Update to save the user record.
- Repeat steps from 2 to 6 for each user to assign roles.
