Cancel Time for Catalog Item Request if MID Server is Down

The ServiceNow system administrator and plug-in admin can define a cancel time for catalog requests when the mid-server is down.

• You must update the x_vmw_cloudservice.cancelCatalogRequest system property to configure the cancel time if the mid-server is down. For more information, refer system properties table in Appendix.

• The catalog requests will be declined if the request is not submitted to VMware Aria Automation before the defined cancelation time.
