The user criteria control the accessibility of categories and catalog items in the Service Catalog. The ServiceNow users and end-users require user criteria to access projects/catalog items. The ServiceNow system administrator can create user criteria in the VMware Aria Automation plug-in scope.
You must create entitlement using the user criteria. To create the user criteria records in the Service Catalog, see Create User Criteria Record.

The restrictions for user criteria to view individual projects/catalog items are directly applied by adding items in Available For or Not Available For related lists in the User Criteria form.
