Procedure
Connect to the SVC GUI or the Storwize Management GUI.
From the GUI, navigate to Access > Users, then select Create User.
In the user creation screen, enter a name ("svclpu" here), specify Authentication Mode as "Local" and User Group as "Monitor."
Enter a password for the LPU.
Click Create.
