Dashboards are the primary feature for monitoring and troubleshooting VMware Tanzu Application Service data problems from within VMware Aria Operations.
The following dashboards are included in the Management Pack for VMware Tanzu Application Service:
VMware Tanzu Application Service Apps displays details about your VMware Tanzu Application Service applications and related resources. Select an Application and related Application Instance, Diego Cell, Virtual Machine, and Service on the left to populate a topology view of the Applications and Services as well as KPIs for the selected Application Instance, Diego Cell, and Virtual Machine.
VMware Tanzu Application Service Diego provides insight into your VMware Tanzu Application Service Diego (Brain and Cell) and database-related resources. Drill down to the desired Diego and database resources by first selecting your VMware Tanzu Application Service Foundation and Availability Zone. Next, select a Diego Brain, Cell, etc. to populate the KPIs specific to the selected resources on the right.
VMware Tanzu Application Service Health Investigation is thejumping-off pointfor drill-down investigation of resource health across your entire VMware Tanzu Application Service environment. Select a resource from the VMware Tanzu Application Service Environment Overview widget to viewits status, relationships, health, alerts, and selected metrics charts.
VMware Tanzu Application Service Infrastructure displays details about the infrastructure-related resources in your VMware Tanzu Application Service environment. Select a Foundation, Availability Zone, and related infrastructure from the widgets on the left to populate a toplogy view of the environment and infrastructure KPIs on the right.
VMware Tanzu Application Service on Amazon Web Services allows you to quickly visualize KPIs for both VMware Tanzu Application Service and AWS to ensure your VMware Tanzu Application Service on AWS environment is healthy. Select a VMware Tanzu Application Service Availability Zone, VMware Tanzu Application Service resource, and AWS EC2 instance from the widgets on the left to view corresponding KPIs on the right.
