You can share the dashboards that you create with other users or groups (LADP/AD/vIDM). An admin user can view and delete any dashboard.

The following are the features of sharing and collaboration of dashboards:

If you have created a dashboard, you can view, edit, or delete it irrespective of you being an admin or a member user.

Note: The admin user can delete any dashboard.

To share a dashboard:

Procedure

  1. Click More Options on the dashboard that you want to share.
  2. Click Share.
    Note: You can also share a dashboard from the All Dashboards page.
  3. By default, the link sharing is enabled. You can share the link of a dashboard with any users or groups (LDAP/AD/vIDM).
  4. You can add the users with whom you want to share the dashboard. You can specify the privileges such as view and view and edit to a particular user.
    Note: The user who has only the view privilege cannot share the dashboard with other users.
  5. Click Save to save the share and collaboration changes that you have made.

Results

You can view the sharing and collaboration information in the Shared column of the particular dashboard on the All Dashboards page.
