The VMware vCenter Manager page provides a snapshot of all the VMs, VLANs, hosts connected to the VMware vCenter Manager, total numbers of traffic, and East-West traffic. You also see various metrics/widgets such as Top talking VMs, Network Optimization with NSX, Path Optimization with NSX, Application Centric Networking with NSX, and Crown Jewel Analysis.
Generate NSX Assessment Report
You can get a network assessment and optimization report if you do not have NSX Manager added as a data source in VMware Aria Operations for Networks.
Open a VMware vCenter Manager dashboard.
On the top-right corner, click Generate Report.
Open the generated PDF which contains the network assessment and optimization report.
