Managing renewals

VMware Aria Subscription supports automatic and manual renewals and amendments using the VMware Aria Universal Suite renwal mechanism.

If automatic renewals are enabled, the back office systems automatically schedule and implement renewal in a timely manner. Manual renewals can be for extension of existing contracts or amendments to the contract for either expansion or reduction of services. Customers choose their renewal preferences when initially placing an order. These preferences can be modified on request during the term

Note: The VMware Aria Universal Suite and VMware Aria Operations for Networks Universal on-prem licenses have a 90-day grace period included in their licence end-term.

To continue using all the features of Aria Subscription Manager, you must renew your subscriptions by the end of this grace period.
