As a security best practice, configure ports and protocols for all VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle appliances and components in accordance with VMware guidelines.
Required Ports and Protocols
VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle requires the following ports to be open to be fully functional. Disable all unneeded ports and protocols.
Note: For
VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle, the ICMP protocol must be enabled between
VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle and the products that are being managed.
