Configuring Outbound Notifications

You can use the API to configure VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle to notify you in case of an event in your environment. VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle pushes the outbound notification by email, or in a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel.

Events that can trigger a notification include available product updates or a change in environment health. With settings for these types of events configured, VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle notifies you. After receiving the notification, you can log in to VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle to take action.
