As a VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle administrator, you use the Content Management service in VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle to add a VMware Aria Operations Cloud Management content endpoint for users to migrate content to an on-prem VMware Aria Operations deployment.
To create a
VMware Aria Operations Cloud Management content endpoint, perform the following steps.
Procedure
- On the My Services dashboard, click Content Management.
- Under Endpoints, click NEW ENDPOINT.
- Click the Operations Cloud endpoint type.
- Enter the information for the SaaS endpoint.
- In the Name field, enter a unique name for the endpoint.
- (Optional) Enter a tag name.
- For the Server FQDN/IP address, type console.cloud.vmware.com.
- For the Refresh Token, enter the API token that you saved.
- Enter the Username.
- Select an organization and click Test Connection. When the connection is established, click Next.
- Under Policy Settings, check Allow content to be captured from this endpoint and click Next.
- Verify that the content endpoint details are correct and then click Submit.
Results
The SaaS endpoint appears on the
list with the server
console.cloud.vmware.com.
