As a VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle administrator, you use the Content Management service in VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle to add a VMware Aria Operations Cloud Management content endpoint for users to migrate content to an on-prem VMware Aria Operations deployment.

To create a VMware Aria Operations Cloud Management content endpoint, perform the following steps.

Procedure

  1. On the My Services dashboard, click Content Management.
  2. Under Endpoints, click NEW ENDPOINT.
  3. Click the Operations Cloud endpoint type.
  4. Enter the information for the SaaS endpoint.
    1. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the endpoint.
    2. (Optional) Enter a tag name.
    3. For the Server FQDN/IP address, type console.cloud.vmware.com.
    4. For the Refresh Token, enter the API token that you saved.
    5. Enter the Username.
    6. Select an organization and click Test Connection. When the connection is established, click Next.
  5. Under Policy Settings, check Allow content to be captured from this endpoint and click Next.

  6. Verify that the content endpoint details are correct and then click Submit.

Results

The SaaS endpoint appears on the Content Management > Endpoints list with the server console.cloud.vmware.com.
