Configuring Site Recovery Manager

You must configure Site Recovery Manager to protect your VMware Aria Suite components. Secure this protection by completing the common configuration tasks for Site Recovery Manager.

Prepare the Environment

You must ensure that you meet the following prerequisites before you start configuring Site Recovery Manager.

• Verify that vSphere 6.5 or later is installed on the protected and recovery sites.

• Verify that you are using Site Recovery Manager 8.1.

• Verify that your VMware Aria Suite components are in a ready state.
