When accessing the Avi Load Balancer CLI, an administrator needs to SSH through port 22 to the IP address of an Avi Load Balancer Controller or the cluster IP.

Avi Load Balancer Controller has two levels of CLI access. The first level of access is when the administrator connects to the Avi Load Balancer Controller and logs in, and they are granted access to a Linux Bash shell. The admin can then access the Avi Load Balancer CLI shell through a procedure in the Access the Controller CLI section. In some authentication modes, non-admin accounts cannot access Linux, and are instead forwarded directly to the shell.
