AV-199921: The Avi Service Engines frequently drop connections if the Controller undergoes a warm restart while the virtual services are still scaling out.

AV-209690: Service Engine failure can occur if the server sends a Set-Cookie header with an empty value for the cookie used by the App Cookie Persistence Profile.
AV-210802: Service Engine failure when requests are sent to a client-insight-enabled virtual service through Safari.
AV-213260: SNMPv3 walk incorrectly returns IPv6 VIPs as ‘0.0.0.0’ and reports IP type as IPv4 for virtual services configured with only IPv6 addresses.
AV-213608: API calls to virtual services or HTTP Policies with GeoDB match rules can cause Service Engine failures.
AV-213734: IPv6 VIP in SNMP walk response is always displayed as 0.0.0.0.
AV-213904: Service Engine failure may occur if the request URI contains invalid UTF-8 sequences.
AV-214612: An SNI virtual service with L4 application override may cause SE to fail.
AV-216431: The DELETE API for authtoken/user-token/<uuid> incorrectly deletes all tokens instead of the token referred by the<uuid>.
