Edit Flow Roles

You can edit the Workflow roles for users in VMware BMA. You can activate the user and also add permissions for the users.

Procedure

1. In the Users Management window, click the ellipsis icon ().
2. Click the Admin toggle button corresponding to the user name to assign administrator permission for the user.
   Note: A blue check mark appears instead of the toggle button for the administrator user.
3. Click the Active toggle button corresponding to the user name to make the user as active or inactive on the platform.
   Note: A blue check appears instead of the toggle button for the main user.
4. Click Edit Flow Roles.
5. Select the roles you want to assign for the user.
6. Clear the checkbox to remove the role for the user.
7. Click Save.
