You can define the integrations, authentications, worker groups, jobs and panels the role has access to. The permissions configurator includes the following tabs:
  • Flows: Allows you to grant a role, the permission to view, execute, or edit flows and folders.
  • Authentications: Allows you to grant a role, the permission to use and edit flows and folders. You can not give the permission to execute authentications. This window displays the total number of permissions, folder permissions, and authentication permissions.
  • Worker Groups: Allows you to edit the worker group permissions. You can select the worker group name to add permission.
  • Jobs: Allows you to view and edit job permissions.
  • Automation Center: Allows you to execute and edit panels.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have permission to manage roles.

Procedure

  1. In the Roles Management window, click the ellipsis icon () corresponding to the role name.
  2. Click Permissions.
    The configurator window appears.
  3. To add view, execute, and edit flows permissions, click the Flows tab.
    The Flows window displays the list of roles, total number of permissions, folder permissions, and authentication permissions. You can add, edit, and delete workflow permissions to view, execute, and edit workflows.
  4. To manage workflow permissions for the flow, click the Flows tab.
