You can edit the Workflow roles for users in VMware BMA. You can activate the user and also add permissions for the users.

Procedure

  1. In the Global Settings > Users Management window, click the ellipsis icon () corresponding to the user name.
  2. Click Edit User Roles.
  3. From the left column, select the roles you want to assign for the user.
  4. Click the right arrow button (>) to assing the selected roles to the user.
    Note: You can also remove any roles from the user by selecting the roles in Selected Roles column and clickcing the left arrow button (<) .
  5. Click Edit.
  6. In the Users Management window, click the Admin toggle button corresponding to the user name to assign administrator permission for the user.
    Note: A blue check mark appears instead of the toggle button for the administrator user.
  7. In the Users Management window, click the Active toggle button corresponding to the user name to make the user as active or inactive on the platform.
    Note: A blue check appears instead of the toggle button for the main user.
