VMware BMA provides Role-Based Access (RBAC) to the users and user groups. As an admin in VMware BMA, you can manage users, their roles and permissions based on the roles and responsibilities of the users. It helps you to create RBAC for your team.

For example, you can provide read, write, and execute permission to the users or user groups who have to create and manage workflow. You can provide only read and execute access for the users or user groups who will only run the workflow.

In a similar manner, you can define authentications, worker groups, jobs, and automation center that the user can access.

This provides you the leverage and flexibility of assigning various roles to the users and user groups for them to perform their responsibilities effectively and helps you to exercise control over the users and user groups by providing them with only the required roles.
