You can define the integrations, authentications, worker groups, jobs, and panels the role can access.

The permissions configurator includes the following tabs:
  • Flows: Allows you to grant a role the permission to view, execute, or edit flows and folders.
  • Authentications: Allows you to grant a role the permission to use and edit authentications. You cannot give the permission to execute authentications. This window displays the total number of permissions, folder permissions, and authentication permissions.
  • Worker Groups: Allows you to select the required worker groups.
  • Jobs: Allows you to grant a role the permission to view and edit jobs.
  • Automation Center: Allows you to grant a role the permission to execute and edit the panels in the Automation Center.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have permission to manage roles.

Procedure

  1. In the Global Settings > Roles Management window, click the ellipsis icon () corresponding to the role name.
  2. Click Permissions.
    The configurator window appears.
  3. To manage flows, click the Flows tab.
    In the Flows tab, you can authenticate the users with View, Execute, and Edit permissions.
  4. To manage authentications, click the Authentications tab.
    In the Authentications tab, you can authenticate the users with Use and Edit permissions.
  5. To manage worker groups, click the Worker Groups tab and select the required worker groups.
  6. To manage jobs, click the Jobs tab.
    In the Jobs tab, you can authenticate the users with View and Edit permissions.
  7. To manage automation center, click the Automation Center tab.
    In the Automation Center tab, you can authenticate the users with Execute and Edit permissions.
