You can view and manage logs of previously executed workflows in this section.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have access permission to view and manage logs.

Procedure

  1. Click Logs tab.
  2. Click Show Advanced Filters toggle button to see advanced filter options.
  3. Enter the following details to filter and view logs.
    • Click the folder icon next to Workflow, browse and select the workflow for which you want to view the logs.
    • Select the workflow status from the Status drop-down menu.
    • Select any time range from the Relative time rangesdrop-down menu.
      • You can select any time range from Last 5 minutes to Last 7 days.
      • You can also specify a custom time range. To specify a custom range, select Custom range from theRelative time ranges drop-down menu.
        Note: The From and To fields appear only if you select Custom range from the Relative time ranges drop-down menu.
      • Select the time range in the From and To fields and click Set.
        Note: If you do not select any value in the From and To fields, the previous 24 hours and the current moment are set by default.
    • From the Owner drop-down menu, select All Logs or My Scheduled Job Logs to view all logs or your scheduled logs respectively.
    • From the Executed from drop-down menu, select any option based on the below table
      Execute from Scenario
      All Select this option if you want to filter all the workflows that have been executed by all the options listed in the Executed from drop-down menu.
      Direct Select this option if you want to filter all the workflows that have been executed in the standard way, directly through the Workflow Editor or the Workflows page.
      Job Scheduler Select this option if you want to filter all the workflows that have been scheduled to execute as a job, or only at strictly defined time intervals.
      API Gateway Select this option if you want to filter all the workflows that have been deployed using the API Gateway system.
      Automation Center Select this option if you want to filter all the workflows that have been manually executed through the Automation Center.
  4. Click Apply Filter.
    The list of logs based on the search criteria appears.
