VMware Blockchain Logs on AWS

VMware Blockchain provides logs for the Replica and Client nodes in vRealize Log Insight.

vRealize Log Insight provides intelligent log management for infrastructure and applications in any environment. This scalable log management solution provides intuitive, actionable dashboards, sophisticated analytics, and broad third-party extensibility across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.

vRealize Log Insight collects logs from the Concord container and Daml Execution Engine present within the Replica node. vRealize Log Insight collects logs from the Daml Ledger API and Daml Index database present within the Client node.

Logging is handled with a fluentd process. Fluentd collects the logs from the different nodes and forwards them to vRealize Log Insight or other third-party logging providers using the HTTPS protocol.
