Check Supported Upgrade Paths

Before upgrading the App Control Server, be sure that your existing server is at a version listed in the supported upgrade paths in the requisite version of the Release Notes.

Before upgrading the server software, ensure all agents on all systems are currently using a supported version of their respective agent software. See the VMware Carbon Black App Control Installation Guide guide for details on agent upgrades.
