If you have a complex search that you will use often, you might be able to save it as a Saved View.

Note:
  • Certain Find File reports, including those initiated from the Find File button, cannot be saved because they were run in a specific context that might not be in effect if executed again from the Find Files page. The Saved Views panel does not display in these cases. As an alternative, you might be able to duplicate and save the search you want by using filters on the Files on Computers tab of the Files page.
  • ReadOnly users cannot save views. Also, some custom login account groups might not have permission to save views.
