View Details of a Trusted Communication Certificate

You can view the details of an imported trusted certificate.

Although you cannot edit a certificate, you can enable or disable trust while viewing. You can also add text in a description field, which can prove useful when filtering or sorting.

Procedure

1. On the console menu, click the Configuration (gear) icon and click System Configuration.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. In the Trusted Communications Certificate panel of the Agent Server Communications Security page, click in the left column of the certificate to view. You can also double-click the certificate.

   The Edit Certificate Details page displays. You can make the following modifications:

   • Trust: Select Yes if it is trusted. Select No if it is not trusted.
   • Description: Optional field. Enter a description.
4. Click Save & Exit.
