To add a subscriber to the email notification list for one alert, perform the following procedure.


  1. On the Alerts page, click the View Details button next to the alert you want to modify.
  2. On the Alert Information page, scroll down to the Subscribers panel, click in the Email Address text box, and paste or type the subscriber name.
  3. Specify the email type (Auto, Text, or HTML) from the dropdown menu. The default type is Auto, which allows the server to determine the best format for the recipient based on information about the recipient’s email system.
  4. Click Add to add the subscriber. The new subscriber name displays in the list below the subscriber entry line.
  5. Add any other subscribers you want to receive notifications when this alert is triggered.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the Alert Information page. The new subscribers are added to the distribution list for this alert.
