If an upload has not been completed, you can cancel it. You might want to do this if you inadvertently selected too many computers when you initiated the upload, or if the file size shown in the table is excessively large.


If an upload has failed or has been canceled, you can retry it by checking its box on the Diagnostic Files page and clicking Retry Uploads on the Action menu.


  1. On the console menu, click Tools > Requested Files.
  2. Click the Diagnostic Files tab. The table shows diagnostic files that have been uploaded, are in the process of uploading, or were requested but not uploaded.
  3. Check the box next to each file applicable to the upload you want to cancel and click Cancel Uploads from the Action menu.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, click OK.
