Bi-Directional Sync between Carbon Black Cloud and ServiceNow

Updating the status of alerts in either ServiceNow or Carbon Black Cloud results in the update flowing to the other system.

• Closing an alert in ServiceNow automatically closes the alert in Carbon Black Cloud.
• When an Alert is Closed or Opened in Carbon Black Cloud, use the Sync Selected Alerts function to update the alert status in ServiceNow.
• When an alert is closed in Carbon Black Cloud, in ServiceNow the Alert, Workflow, Remediation Status, and Close Note will update.
• When an alert is opened in Carbon Black Cloud, in ServiceNow the alert status will update to OPEN, and the Workflow, Remediation Status, and Close Note will also update.
