Adding a Note to an Alert (SOAR Action in ServiceNow)

This SOAR action adds a note to one or more alerts.

• This action can be run from an alert, and can be run on multiple alerts.
• If the action Add Note to Alert is run multiple times with different comments, each comment is appended to the alert notes in Carbon Black Cloud.
