To add an alert to an existing ServiceNow Incident, perform the following procedure.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
  2. Go to VMware Carbon Black Cloud > Alerts.
  3. Click the Magnifying glass icon Search icon next to the Incident field.
    The Incident table opens in a new tab.
  4. Search for and select an Incident to which to attach the alert.
